eRosetta
What is eRosetta?
It’s a complete medical record that gathers information beyond the contributions of the attending physician alone, by associating data entered by his or her colleagues. This architecture, which respects the rules of doctor-patient confidentiality, is the only one to offer the patient the best chances, enabling the doctor to make decisions with full knowledge of all the patient’s problems.
“An informed doctor is more efficient than the same doctor without the information gathered by his colleagues.”
The first regalian medical file
Hosted by public institutions, eRosetta can be accessed online without HOPI having to manage its own servers.
All eRosetta medical data is recorded directly in the patient’s Dossier Médical Partagé (DMP), managed by the French Social Security system.
This ensures compliance with medical data management laws, and enables patients to retain control of their files, avoiding the dispersal of information between different establishments.
The power of a shared folder
eRosetta is a true professional file, offering a comprehensive summary of your patient’s medical information on a single screen.
This dossier is divided into four main sections:
Designed for teamwork.
eRosetta has been designed to optimize the dynamics of interactions between professionals during collective patient management. This applies to all three stages of medical follow-up.
Before
Before a teleconsultation, the patient’s preparation – including physiological parameters, reason for consultation, and preparatory images – is instantly accessible as soon as the doctor launches the session.
For
Thanks to the interaction between eRosetta and medical sensors, the integration of images in tele-expertise reports or to document reports is just a click away.
After
Specialist physicians can respond instantly to requests for advice directly in the medical record, giving them full access to the various contextual elements.
